long time, no post

Green/Yellow/Pink

All but the last two were taken at my DH's grandmom's house. The last is the fun tree I have in my back yard! I think I need to take a Peanut picture out there on Mom's Day. : )

As far as the yellow goes, I did do a project but didn't take a picture yet. I know. I haven't been my usual crafty self since Peanut rocked my world.

February/March

Blue/White/Gray

I just got this creamy, delicious organic merino. I had ordered it thinking I'd make Peanut a pair of longies (knit baby pants) and then I could Koolaid dye them some funky color.

But once I saw this pure off-white in person... it's so soft and pretty I really just want to show off the yarn. I'm thinking a lacy, vintage-style baby cardi. Not sure who it would be for,

but sometimes the yarn just tells you what it needs to be. : )

Blue/White/Gray

Finally my first submission for Project Spectrum! (Link in sidebar.)


Ok, so this a rather simple project, but it had some blue it in so I think it counts. This is a single crochet ball made out of Lily Sugar 'n Cream in "Summer Splash." Peanut loves it in case you couldn't tell. I think I need to make him some more... eventually.

Project Spectrum

In order to get myself off of my crochet-fanny, I have joined Project Spectrum this year. Every two months we are assigned a new color palate and at the end of the year we will have worked our way through the spectrum. I'm excited to get going and I have a fabu idea to keep it interesting. The project starts Feb 1st. Click the button if you want to join too.
